Shipping and Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any promo or free items or sale items.
Otherwise, we are happy to consider refunds within 14 days. Past that point, we cannot offer a refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Buddha Phunk will not accept returns of body jewelry including all earrings or returns of underwear. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
Buddha Phunk will only accept swimwear returns that have not been worn and with the original tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted (if applicable), including:
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cell phones, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Parcels sent to the USA usually arrive in 12-20 business days (excluding weekends/holidays), 15-45 business days for Canada and Europe, 15-45 business days for Australia and New Zealand, 30-60 business days to Mexico, Central America, South America and other countries.
Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Deliveries may take up to 9 weeks for some locations.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled due to the process of fulfillment.
For orders placed between 1/20 - 2/10, please allow up to 5-8 weeks for US delivery, 6-9 weeks for the rest of the world due to high demand.
Orders will cannot be cancelled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday/birthday gift, please buy the item a month ahead of time to ensure it arrives on time.

If you send Buddha Phunk the Wrong Shipping Address, and your items have been fulfilled and shipped, unfortunately we cannot intercept the package at that time, and will not be able to send another order to a different address.
We would appreciate your patience and understanding when items have shipment delays. We DO NOT tolerate threats, wrong assumptions about our company, or if the customer is just being plain mean or sarcastic in emails. We treat all our customers with respect and we hope it's vice versa.

ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Many people who order multiple items from our store, will have those items fulfilled by multiple warehouses and will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages.
This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Packages may or may not have a tracking number. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. IWISB does not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise you as to what they will be. For further information, please contact your local customs office. IWISB cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Please make certain this is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been processed for delivery.
Please be advised that the Argentinian Government has set the limitation on shopping from foreign online shopping website which is Maximum 2 times every year per person. In addition, if the total amount exceeds $25 of one year, the exceeding amount shall be levied taxes as 50% in compliance with statutory tariff.
Buddha Phunk is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Buddha Phunk will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

FREE products are limited to the set amount at the time per order and per person.
Returns are welcome anytime within 14 days for any reason. Returned items will be issued 50% of purchase price for restocking fees*. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
